In 2009, the company made a whopping $500 million in sales and held to that number till 2013. Though it faced a few challenges in 2023 that led to a temporary closure, the company has been acquired by Jennifer Furniture. And now, Klaussner is making a strong comeback with a new lineup of sofas, sectionals, recliners, accent chairs, and more. Plus, Klaussner is bringing the same magic—customization—so that you can create furniture that's uniquely yours.

The Beginning

Founded in 1963 by Stuart Love, the company initially started under the name Stuart Furniture and focused on making high-quality furniture for American Households.

Comfort Design, a premium upholstery brand specializing in customizable seating & it entered the mattress and bedding industry with the introduction of the Enso Bedding Line.
