Return Policy
Sofabed.com – Terms, Conditions, Returns, and Cancellations
All online purchases made through Sofabed.com are expressly subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. These terms may not be altered, waived, or modified verbally or by any conduct inconsistent with the provisions set forth. All clerical or arithmetic errors are subject to correction.
Acceptance and Returns
Once merchandise has been delivered and accepted by the customer, it shall not be eligible for return, except under the following limited circumstances, and only with prior written approval from Sofabed.com:

Factory Defects or Damage at Delivery – Any product that is factory defective or delivered in a damaged condition must be reported at the time of delivery. Claims made after delivery has been completed will not be eligible for return but may be subject to repair under warranty.

Unserviceable Defects Under Warranty – Products with unserviceable defects that cannot be repaired or replaced within one (1) year under the manufacturer’s warranty, provided such warranty applies to the item.
All approved returns are subject to return shipping costs and must be received in their original condition and original packaging. Return pick-up service may not be available in all areas.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

Clearance or final sale items

Gift cards

Personalized or custom-made items

Bundled or promotional items sold at discounted rates (e.g., “5 for $25”), unless the entire bundle is returned

Items already assembled by the customer

Products expressly marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Open Box” on the product page

Bedding and mattresses (non-refundable and non-exchangeable)
Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

Standard shipping charges on all orders

Upgraded shipping services (e.g., expedited, white glove, express, room-of-choice, etc.)

Assembly services included in the delivery
Cancellations and Refunds

Orders canceled more than seventy-two (72) hours after placement will incur a cancellation fee equal to thirty percent (30%) of the merchandise total, in addition to any applicable special-order or delivery-related fees.

If delivery is attempted but cannot be completed due to circumstances outside the control of the delivery company (including, but not limited to, customer unavailability or inadequate space for delivery), the customer shall be responsible for re-delivery charges. If the customer elects to cancel under these circumstances, a cancellation fee of thirty percent (30%) of the merchandise total plus all applicable delivery charges shall apply.

If “knock-down” or special services (to accommodate small doorways, hallways, staircases, etc.) are required for delivery, the customer will be responsible for any associated additional costs.
If a product is free of defect and accepted upon delivery, no return, refund, or exchange will be permitted. Dissatisfaction with the color, shape, size, or design of the product does not constitute grounds for return.
Refund Options
Upon approval of a return, the customer may elect to receive:

Store credit in the amount of the refund, or

Refund to the original method of payment, less applicable return shipping costs.
All return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
