I am in NY city and they delivered it in 4 days. Great sleeper, very comfortable and my guests loved it. I was looking for something which can be delivered quickly and while Dave on call told me it would come quickly i had given myself 2 weeks. My guests loved it and i gave them sofabed.com reference.
One interesting thing which people may not know is this sofa can go thru 26" doorway. I have small doors and called sofabed.com to recommend a great sofa which can go thru small space and this was one of many they recommended. Thanks for great service.

With a budget of 2.5k we wanted a top quality sleeper and looked at american leather, rowe, cozy, luonto, klaussner, fjords, etc. All these make great quality sleepers so it boiled down to affordability and deals. caught a great deal on blackfriday for and ordered Wigan.. it was delivered today and boy its even more impressive in real than in pictures. I am so glad we ordered this.. mechanism is simple and easy to handle, fabric is top notch performace fabric and delivery service was great.. came assembled so took 5 mins to set up. highly recommend to anyone who is in market for a great quality sleeper.

This sofa is so fabulous. First of all, it’s so pretty. Second, it’s so comfortable as a sofa. but most of all, it’s also fabulous as a bed! I am beyond thrilled with this purchase.

Delivered in 2.5 weeks, this sectional is really well made and is very comfortable. I wish it came in more color choices but we like the beige color we ordered. Delivery was well organized and assembly was simple. Overall 5 star experience.

Most of the good quality and reasonably priced sleepers (around $3K) come with no mattress where you lift the sitting portion and move back to open the sleeper. They have split open option, single open option etc and are great with one problem: there is no mattress and these are usually firm with cushion made for sitting rather than sleeping. Luonto, Fjords, Innovation, American Leather today series.. all have these but i wanted softer/medium soft mattress option.
Sleepers with mattress comes in many price range
- Cheapest and starting with Pull-Out mechanism where mattress is rolled and squished under the seat and you can remove cushions and pull it out. Not Good as the mattress breaks after sometime due to lack of space and when you sleep in some models you may feel the bars. Good for occasional use only. Ashley, Rowe and many others makes them.
- Easy open mechanism are those where you have a handle or string at the back and you pull it towards you to open the bed. Advantage is you don't have to remove back or seat cushions and also the mattress is of better quality. Best of these come from Klaussner, Innovation living and many italian vendors.
- Best in class are the sleepers with great quality mattress which lies flat. Mechanism is called Platform sleep system. Leader in this category is or was American Leather - Comfort series. The mattress is cut in 3 pieces and lies flat and the mechanism works in such a way that the three layers sit on top of each other. User removes the seat cushions and pulls the sleeper to make the complete bed. Mattress pieces sit so closely that one would never feel the seam.
While researching i decided to buy sleeper with platform sleep system and zeroed on Klaussner as it provided same quality sleeper at far lower and affordable prices as compared to competition.
conclusion: this sofa sleeper is one of the best sleepers one can get and i don't think anyone can beat this price. I would rate this as #1 on my list. I have been using this one for 3 weeks now and its more comfortable than my regular bed.

I have been researching for sleepers for a long time and most of them were good but the look of the sleepers was ok. It was not impressive. Some of them had very thin arms to fit them in tight spaces but I wanted something which looks elegant. Glad i called sofabed.com and spoke to sales team.
